  • ~Energetic Bodywork~
    • 30/30© $75
      Gentle massage and Reiki blend together in equal measure in a session I call The 30/30©. Many have experienced a restful, rejuvenating brain-wave state that feels like "floating somewhere between the worlds.”  60 Minutes
    • Reiki Healing Session $75
      During a Reiki session, I use a series of gentle hand placements which are each held for several minutes.  These sessions are deeply relaxing, balancing, and nurturing on many levels... mental, emotional, spiritual, energetic, as well as physical. 60 minutes.
    • Reiki 1 Learning Series $450
      Series of three 2 hour learning sessions.  Package includes manual/journal, two hands-on sessions and attunement to Reiki Level One.



  • ~Massage Therapy~
    • 30 Minute Integrative Massage $40
      Session will focus on 1 problem area (or more as time allows).  Stones or other treatment tools may be integrated to assist in bringing the most benefit with the most comfort.
    • 45 Minute Integrative Massage $65
      Session will focus on 2-3 problem areas.  Stones or other treatment tools may be integrated to assist in bringing the most benefit with the most comfort.
    • 60 Minute Integrative massage $85
      Various treatment tools and techniques may be integrated into your session to provide the greatest benefit and most comfort with focus on problem areas.
